LOCAL: Weird things happening locally. A cemetery worker drove heavy equipment over gravestones again, like, he’s going through a cornfield in Inseption. Rows of them. A drone shot captured the damage. People upset after crews drove heavy machinery over headstones and graves at Fayette County cemetery – CBS Pittsburgh. Nice drone shot.

Staffing shortages are creating a crisis with local law enforcement. Uniontown Police Department in crisis as officers leave and chief resigns. So, no drone work with any municipal groups. No art instruction. Everyone’s broke. Is art for the birds?

Art: I am waiting for paint applied a week-and-a-half ago to dry. It dried. I added more to the paintings. I paint again this weekend. It’s getting monotonous.

Make shrinky dinks from old lettuce mix containers. EDIT: Make sure to use “#6” plastic. Maybe roughen the plastic surface to get more permanent ink to stick. Bake at 350 in the oven for 4-5 minutes, flatten with spatula when removed, allow to cool. Recycle plastic into shrinky dinks! Cool project.
