LOCAL: The weather here has its moments. Most of them have been of the cold variety. The temps have not been above freezing, really, in a week and a half, save for last Tuesday afternoon. A blizzard of sorts came through Friday. We got about 6-7 inches of snow and sleet.

All crunchy when you drive through it. Nothing interesting is happening in this neck of the woods.
Christmas thoughts: This is the pre-Christmas hunker, prehaps. The gatherings of tithes to pay our Arctic lord who covers the globe with his spells. Children are helpless and beg him his adoration and uncharacteristic gift-giving propensity. Dressed in the blood of his victims, he rides yet again through the night! He commands beasts without equal. The chow is all organic, and the stables and environs kept well. Yearly robbing the elves locked in his dungeons. Casting his team into the sky like fireflies spread within the forest of folklore, as stars twinkle in the sky, so are they there held by the night sky, the void in the dead of winter. Scientists have pinpointed some unusual decay signatures using ballistocardiographic muon-detection arrays, square water, board stretchers and peanut brittle in an inch redoubler, I assume. We know they can fly. We know! We just do not yet know how to replicate the feat, and time, we do not have it. The elves but toil. Some never leave the mines. Without eyes, they have adapted to work in the dark over the centuries and communicate through infrasound. They have names? No, they have pars! Merry Christmas!

I’ve never seen Cookie Monster or Santa in the same room together btw. Illuminati? No doubt. Cookie Monster has no determinable age. Santa “is old” for…centuries. Maybe that beard is part of his demon pelt fur, and he shaves his face. His pelt turns silver in the moonlight on Christmas Eve. Do you have any idea how many cookies he needs to survive? 6-7, apparently, every attosecond.
Gaslighting people about Santa. I’m on the naughty list.

Drone: I flew a test in the yard, all jake. Flying today at noon by the river to capture the mist rising into the morning’s temperature inversion in the valley.

Art: My furnace broke. It is too cold to paint.
