LOCAL: There is nothing happening here. I blew all my money on Christmas and went back home.

Flying in 32F-34F, low wind, out after a week of cold weather. This is a crude panorama.

Drone: I flew downtown. Hasselblad camera, moon level goodness.

Science: I have not been reading anything scientific lately.

Art: Exploring basic stuff, really: shapes, either in color or in deeply composite variations this year. I will produce a tranche of landscapes, and some people, in oil, and watercolor. I like palettes, color ensembles. I will try a few. I paint in oils for the challenge, but I rarely sketch/draw. I am usually with my kid if I am anywhere. I focus on being with fam when with fam, but I do not draw fam. That could change. I might go places to sketch the environment again instead of photographing those places with a drone.

I used a potato stamper to make art to glue into holiday cards. I made a figure in a blizzard bundled in a hat, scarf, gloves, coat and all. Used a Sharpie for contours.
