I just tried to create a metaphor of this quandary that involved cankles and a buoyancy pool and failed miserably.

I have noticed recently that the editing feature on WordPress would like to have a word with me about longish sentences that date me as someone who grew up analog with books handy, someone comfortable with long spells of imagining a complex storyline event shot full of segues and indulgent tangents that would break a TikToker like an old pencil.
