LOCAL: There is not much happening here. I went on a wild goose chase with one of my kids. This is a precursor to Spring when we scout rural tennis courts. I always have a few rackets and balls in the trunk, just in case. Photographing abandoned or extremely weathered recreational equipment, playing tennis in a quiet place. I am sure I am holding onto a memory of my dad doing stuff like this when I was very young. Hunting for nostalgia. Imagining a time that is not coming back. Highwater marks from the midcentury past. One hospital stay away from bankruptcy. That’s dependable healthcare.
Drone: The Olympic drone noise is terrible. Google is doing deliveries. Nobody wants that, either.
SCIENCE: Well, the Epstein file releases make me ill. It makes me feel sick to be an American. Anyways, protons…holy moly…yeah, about that banner image. There’s not one decent proton in that banner. Am I on the wrong boat? Talk about a breakdown of moral clarity.
ART: I am waiting to paint. I need another week.
